Light Up The Night 5K & Celebration Vendor Access
Only pay your fees once you have received an email from us with a link to this space on our website. For direct sales we can only permit 1 rep/team per company to attend this event. If you have not received an email from us yet, please do not pay your booth fee.

Our Light Up The Night 5K is on Saturday, June 21st. All vendors are permitted to come as early as 8am to start setting up. But you are welcome to come anytime between 8am and10am to set up. Our event officially kicks off at 9am with an opening ceremony and our 5K. We will end the day around 7pm with our Light Up The Night program with a candle light vigil and luminaries lighting up the park in honor of all children that have earned their wings. We welcome you to bring a canopy, table(s) and lawn chairs to set up your space. If you are in need of a table, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide you with one. In order to complete your registration you will need to pay your booth rental fee ($20). All vendors will receive a t-shirt and a free meal plate as well. |
